Inside every HoneyFil gummy
Two nutrients, two amino acids and four botanicals, and what each group is doing in the daily serving.

The HoneyFil label names eight ingredients outright. Not a blend with one total printed beside it — eight separate entries, which is worth something on its own. They sit in three groups.
The two nutrients
Vitamin B3 and zinc are the pair with recognised daily values behind them. B3 operates inside the reactions that release energy from food. Zinc takes part in a very large number of enzyme reactions and is not stored in any quantity, which explains why almost every men's formula on a shelf contains it.
The two amino acid compounds
L-citrulline and L-carnitine. Citrulline converts onward into arginine and carries the circulation side of the formula. Carnitine hauls fatty acids into the mitochondria, which is where energy language in this category comes from. Both are compounds the body already knows how to handle.
The four botanicals
Pine bark, standardised for proanthocyanidins. Maca root, farmed at altitude in Peru and eaten there as food for centuries. Grape skin, pressed from the part of the fruit that holds the polyphenols. And saffron stigmas, hand-picked and, by weight, the costliest item in the bottle.
Eight into one serving
All of it arrives together in a single chewable gummy, 30 gummies to a bottle. The quantity of each is printed on the Supplement Facts panel of the bottle you receive, and that panel is the authority on the formula.
Each ingredient is covered at length on the HoneyFil ingredients page.
